02. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends ship Monday morning. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your kit leaves our studio.
03. DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to local import duties on arrival. These are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.
04. RETURNS
We accept returns on unopened kits within 14 days of delivery. Once a kit is opened we can't restock it — sorry, safety thing.
